Sprint Return Policy

Effective 4/1/09 Brightpoint will be enforcing new guidelines for their return policy.

The following guidelines will apply to all Sprint returns:

1. The Sprint RMA Form must be completely & accurately filled out at time of return to ASW (available on the warehouse ordering website).

2. All returns must be accompanied by a "MSN Lookup Tool" sheet.

3. The handset must comply with Sprint’s guidelines.

4. If Sprint does not give credit on the handset, you will receive a charge back.

All charge backs will be subject to a $10 processing fee.
