The Metropromise

Returning your new phone for a refund,

no questions asked*

  • The phone must be returned within thirty days of purchase with less than one hour of talk time.
  • The phone must be returned to the original place of purchase with accompanying sales receipt
  • The phone must be in “like new condition” and contain all original packaging and accessories

    Returning a phone that is D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival)**

    • The phone must be returned within thirty days of purchase with less than one hour of talk time.
    • If the phone is found to be defective within the manufacture’s warranty period, it will be refunded back to your account as a credit.
    • The phone must be in “like new condition” and contain all original packaging and accessories

    * Refunds apply to new account activations only. Handset upgrades are non-refundable.

    ** Excluding phones that show signs of outside physical damage or are no longer within the manufacturer’s warranty.
